Polar King built this 8’x20’ custom refrigerated trailer for a meat processing customer in Riverton, Wyoming. They required a mobile trailer unit that could provide the specific humidity and temperature requirements needed in the meat processing industry.
Custom Trailer with Meat Processing Trolley System
Because this refrigerated trailer will be used for meat processing, our client needed this unit to be specifically tailored to meet those needs. The interior contains a stainless-steel meat trolley system, 50 meat hooks with trolleys, stop brakes for the meat trolleys, two grab handles, and two floor drains with plug gasket and handle.
