Delivering a Polar King walk-in to locations outside the lower 48 states involves additional logistical complexity, including port handling, ocean freight coordination, and specialized offloading requirements.

Polar King’s enhanced turnkey delivery option is designed to remove this burden from the customer. Rather than coordinating multiple carriers and contractors, Polar King serves as the single point of coordination, managing each phase of transportation.

Scope of Work – Out-of-Lower-48 Deliveries

For deliveries outside the lower 48 states, Polar King will:

Arrange transportation from the Polar King facility to the appropriate port
Coordinate ocean freight scheduling and shipment
Manage port handling and shipment timing
Arrange offload equipment at the destination
Provide on-site oversight during offloading and placement
Coordinate final set-in-place at the customer’s location
