Fort Wayne, IN- Polar King offers congratulations to its sister company, American Griddle Corporation, for winning yet another innovation award. American Griddle's Steam Shell Griddle was awarded the
Baanbreker 2008 (Innovation 2008) Award at the Horeca Expo in Gent, Belgium.
The award was formally presented at the event in September and was received by American Griddle's international partners in Belgium. Domestically, The Steam Shell Griddle also received innovation awards from the National Restaurant Association and International Hotel & Motel Association in 1999, the year in which the product was launched in the United States.
